About us
fungalacneonface.com is run by Artha Capital, Haarlemmerweg 888, 1014 BL Amsterdam, the Netherlands, listed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) as 97349860. We are the controller of the personal data on this site. You can reach us at privacy@fungalacneonface.com.
What gets recorded
- Visit counts and behavior: the pages you see, the referring page, how long you read and how far you scroll, the links and buttons you use, plus device basics such as screen size, language setting and time zone.
- Your yes or no answers in the four signs check: they are scored in your own browser and never leave it.
- Hosting records: IP address, browser type and requested pages, held by our hosting company for security and operations.
How counting works
Your browser sends visit data to /api/hits on this site. From there it goes to an analytics provider (EU) that stores it in the European Union and uses your IP address only to estimate country and city. To group the pages of a single visit, your tab keeps a random number in session storage, which disappears when the tab is closed; separate visits are never joined. No statistics cookies are used. Visitors from the European Union are only counted after clicking "Allow".
Leaving for acne.today
The "Start my analysis" buttons route through fungalacneonface.com/photo-check to acne.today, a separate paid service. The link tells acne.today that you came from this site and which button you used. Any photo, answers or payment you give acne.today are covered by its own privacy policy.

- Counting EU visitors: your consent, which you can change any time with "Statistics choice" at the bottom of each page.
- Counting other visitors and protecting the site: our legitimate interest.
- Answering emails: your request to us.

Storage periods and who receives data
Hosting records are deleted within 90 days. Emails stay only as long as your question needs, never more than two years. The analytics provider and the hosting company receive data only as far as their work requires. Personal data is never sold.
Your rights
Ask us to show, correct, delete or hand over your data, to limit how we use it, or object to its use, by writing to privacy@fungalacneonface.com. We reply within four weeks. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or to the regulator in your country.
Changes
If this notice changes, so does the date at the top.
